Meet the Staff

Allison, BSN – Registered Nurse

Allison serves as our Patient Coordinator. Once the surgery has been scheduled, Allison prepares our patients for the surgical experience. She will guide you through the medical aspects of preparing you for surgery and is your nursing liaison once your surgery is scheduled. Allison is a graduate of Samford university and has been practicing nursing since 1985 when she began specializing in Plastic Surgery nursing.

Lynn, Administrative Assistant

Lynn serves as your primary contact, assisting you with your questions and most of your initial requests or connecting you with the proper resource to meet your needs.Lynn’s knowledge and experience allow her to assist you with information and setting up appointments that fit into your schedule.

Michele, RN/Nurse Injector-Sclerotherapist

Michele has been an advanced injector since 1993. Although her specialty is sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment), she also has expertise in Botox, Juvederm, and other fillers, laser hair removal, skin care, microdermabrasion and Fraxel Laser. Michele is an active member of the American College of Phlebology, American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses, Tennessee Society of Laser Medicine and is also an Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor.

Sharry, RN – Clinical Practice Nurse/Nurse Injector

Sharry assists in the evaluation of patients and in preoperative patient education, intraoperative care as well as postoperative care. She has been advising and assisting patients in all areas of plastic surgery nursing, having served in our office in this capacity since 1997. Sharry is skilled in the use of injectable fillers and Botox, skin care, chemical peels and microdermabrasion and accepts appointments at our Music Row Plastic Surgery Site as well as our Cool Springs location

Haley, Nurse Practitioner – Nurse Injector

Haley is a board certified women’s health Nurse Practitioner and certified plastic surgery nurse. She was nominated and asked in 2009 to serve on Allergan’s Speaker’s Bureau as well as a regional, hands on Juvederm trainer. Haley educates peers on the advancements of neuromodulators and aesthetic products and provides personal hands on training to practices all over the country. Also, in 2009, she joined the elite faculty for P.A.L.L.E.T.T.E., an aesthetic training company, traveling to cities nationwide educating and training at beginner,   intermediate  and advanced levels. She has been recently promoted to expert faculty status for P.A.L.L.E.T.T.E., a prestigious honor.Haley serves on the board for the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurse organization and also serves as their current newsletter editor. In addition, she is a member of the Tennessee Society of Laser Medicine and she serves on the Allergan Medical Affairs Regional Facial Aesthetics Advisory Board for Neuromodulators and Juvederm.

Lisa, Director of Patient-Physician Relations

Lisa has been a part of our team since 2006. She has an extensive background in sales, service and physician and client relations. Although her focus is on the patient experience, she prides herself in being knowledgeable and helpful in many other areas of business as well. Lisa has worked in various areas in the medical field for more than twelve years and enjoys the challenges and rewards of cosmetic surgery.

Margie,  Business Administrator

Margie is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a  BA in Accounting.  She coordinates the business operations, human resource and Public Relations for the practice.  She has been in Medical Practice Management for 30 years and has been responsible for the accounting and insurance Cool Springs Plastic Surgery for 12 years.  Margie’s attention to detail provides accountability for our operations.
